This year the stage was vibrating with the sounds and soul of our
performers at the West Coast Black Music Festival Phenomenal performances by
a variety of outstanding artists and musicians.
We
kicked the show off with Soul for LA – Reggae and R & B, lead by our
illustrious Bruce Cecil
