A Message from Coordinator Sharon Edwards:
THANK YOU!
Thank you to our sponsor PacifiCare
African American Solutions for generous contributions
in making the Health, Sports and Fitness pavilion the best ever.
Your support of the following Community Health Partners is also
appreciated: Lupus International, Black Women for Wellness,
Hattie Anderson Breast Cancer Support, Coalition of Mental Health
Professionals, Sickle Cell Awareness, the American Cancer Society,
along with the Diabetes Association. Your effort made a great
impact on our community health awareness campaign. In addition, you
sent PacifiCare's top physician Francis Yemolfio, M.D. and PA-C
Roshalda Williams Epps, and Fitness Guru Jerry Anderson to address
various community health concerns. With unified purpose, we worked
together to be a part of the solution! Kudos to Corliss Hill and
Janice Parks for working out the details for a great Health, Sports
and Fitness Pavilion.
Jim Him, CBS2 our Legend Award honoree we
continue to celebrate you excellent service to our community.
