WANT TO PRINT EXPO UPDATE?

To Print Expo Update in Landscape Mode, go to "Print." Then select "Properties."  While each printer is different, there is usually a tab that says "Layout" and there you can select "Landscape" as opposed to Portrait (Or vertical) mode. Printing in landscape should allow you to print the entire page (It may be about 12 pages!)

GET YOUR BUSINESS STORY IN EXPO UPDATE:  (Free)

Email info@blackbusinessexpo.com by 5 PM Monday.  We prefer to receive your text in the body of your email as opposed to an attachment.  (Attached flyers mean we have to retype your story.  If you send it in email all we have to do is drop it in.)   Send a link to your website so we may add photos to jazz up your story! We do not guarantee submissions. Exhibitors are given first preference.

ADVERTISE IN EXPO UPDATE (Paid)

To insure your submission, banner ads are available like the ones you see above.  Contact our office for rate information.

Coming Soon:

Harold Hambrick, Executive Director of the Los Angeles Black Business Expo and Trade Show, has announced the new dates for Expo 2005:  October 28-30, 2004.  "We are pleased that we have been assigned these dates," commented Hambrick.  In the past the September dates conflicted with the beginning of school, other festivals and the Labor Day Weekend.

"Now we have an entire year to plan for the next event and we really hope to make it spectacular," said Hambrick.  He is open for ideas, promotional tie-ins and other events that would need a year to plan.  The Expo may be reached at (323) 290-4743 or send an email to info@blackbusinessexpo.com

Dear Reader:  We apologize for errors and typos.  They come along with the territory of getting news out fast and not having a lot of proofreaders. Will you be our eyes and ears? Please report errors, broken links and out of date info here.

Thank you so much for all you've done

Volunteers (especially those from Ms. Gwen's West L.A. Classes), carrying, running, heavy lifting, covering stories, buying from our exhibitors, buying tickets for others to come, performing, coordinating, answering phones, printing, designing, behind the scenes, hair, make up, dressing (no wardrobe malfunctions!), suggestions, not complaining,  spreading the good word, and always, always, for your warm and welcoming smiles.
